General Terms and Conditions

The Niederthai Card is a personal card and therefore not transferable. In case of misuse the card will be locked immediately.

Data protection

By purchasing the Card you agree to Ötztal Tourismus collecting, processing and using personal data for internal marketing purposes. Consent to future processing and use can be revoked at any time. Personal data is not passed onto third parties. General Austrian Data Protection Laws apply.

Loss or damaged Card

In case of loss or damage the Card will be locked immediately. The customer receives a new Card which displays all services and admissions of the original Card. Available only on presentation of the original receipt!

Breakdown or unforeseen non-operation

No refund in case of technical breakdown or non-operation of services.

Card Refund

No refund for Niederthai Cards in case of illness or early departure!


The single services included in the Card are provided by legally independent companies. All business partners issuing the Niederthai Card only act as representatives for the entire range of partners. Only the respective business partner is responsible for services offered and can be claimed for damages in case of unforeseen problems or incidents.
